Job summary

UniTeller Filipino, Inc. in Taguig is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead Philippine market initiatives, manage digital and wholesale processing opportunities, and drive corporate development projects. You will coordinate with remittance partners, banks, and corporate teams to expand our partner network.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to balance on-site collaboration with remote flexibility in a hybrid setup at our BGC office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited four-year College or University; preferably in Business Administration, Finance and/or Marketing
• Two (2) years minimum on Business Administration, Finance and/or Marketing, project and/or product management experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed to speak with customers and potential partner, forums, panel discussion, etc.
• Ability to identify the need for resources and obtaining them in a timely manner
• Possesses strong interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
• Strong knowledge for constructing, writing business plans, complex reports, working papers and presentations for sophisticated audiences
• Ability to adapt easily to new technology and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and implement new skills
• Bilingual – English/Tagalog

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for: Digital Business, Wholesale and International Processing.
• Help Head office, the CEO and Director of UniTeller Filipino, Inc. in the Management of Existing Business Development Areas
• Coordinate and execute Marketing strategies for Digital Business
• Help with developing marketing plans and commercial efforts for Digital Business
• Preparation and follow-up of business reports related to the business (transactions, pricing, etc.)
• Assist in the coordination of all travel planning of Head office to the Philippines
• Assist in Corporate and Marketing events in the Philippines/Asia and if needed, in the U.S.
• Assist in all commercial efforts in the Philippines
• Design, develop and coordinate Corporate Responsibility Projects
