Job summary

V2X Inc in the Philippines is seeking a versatile ESH Manager to lead environmental, safety and health programs across INDOPACOM STT sites. The role requires in-depth knowledge of federal and local regulations, and experience implementing behavior-based safety systems.

You will develop training packages, manage subcontract ESH components, perform risk analyses, and ensure compliance, with strong communication and leadership to mentor ESH professionals and coordinate with managers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in environmental, safety and health or related discipline.
• Minimum five years’ experience as environmental, safety, or health manager with program development background.
• Experience with ANSI Z10, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a contract-wide environmental, safety, and health program conforming to legal requirements and internal standards.
• Communicates effectively with staff, management, regulators, and stakeholders; prepares reports and training materials.
• Evaluates risk analyses, budgets resources, and ensures compliance beyond minimum requirements.
• Develops training packages, measures training effectiveness, and monitors training compliance.
• Monitors and reports on ESH performance, and coordinates with subcontract ESH programs.
