Job summary

V2X, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned ESH Manager to design and lead an environmental, safety and health program across INDOPACOM sites. You will oversee training, audits, and regulatory compliance while managing subcontract ESH activities.

You will collaborate with managers to implement ANSI Z10, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards, and you will mentor a team of 6–8 ESH professionals in a challenging, high-temperature industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in environmental, safety and health or related discipline preferred; combination bachelor’s degree with four-year experience acceptable
• Minimum five years' experience as environmental, safety, or health manager with two years in a program development role
• Experience with behavior-based management systems and applicable regulations (ANSI Z10, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Establishes a contract-wide environmental, safety, and health program including compliance and behavioral monitoring
• Communicates professionally with staff, management, and regulators to relay information and ensure success
• Evaluates risk analysis, allocates resources, and budgets for required training and PPE
• Ensures areas are evaluated for non-compliance and reports findings with corrective actions
• Develops training materials and delivers environmental, safety, and health training
• Supervises ESH professionals and mentors junior staff
