Qualifications

• Graduate of any four (4) year course but with TESDA NC III (Pharmacy Services) is required.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of basic pharmacy operations and dispensing support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing prescribed medications.
• Assist with fulfillment by ensuring accurate product selection and verification of batch numbers and expiry dates, following the First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) system.
• Coordinate with pick and packers to prepare orders accurately, efficiently and free from dispensing error.
• Strictly adhere to medication handling, storage and safety protocols at all times.
• Report any incidents, discrepancies, damaged products, or potential safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
