Job summary

ADDFORCE HR SOLUTIONS INC in Taguig is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our client’s team. You will handle safety case processing, data entry, I-Narrative writing, and labeling activities.

The role requires pharmacy graduates with 1–2 years PV experience; nursing grads may be considered. Training is fully onsite, then hybrid (3x onsite/week) with a salary up to PHP 37,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy graduates required, with or without an active license.
• 1–2 years of Pharmacovigilance/safety case processing experience.
• Willing to work onsite during training and hybrid (3x onsite/week) upon production.
• Experience with Veeva Safety or Argus preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process safety cases: book-in, data entry, I-Narrative writing, and coding.
• Conduct quality checks and un-blinding when required.
• Manage case routing, closure/lock, and labeling activities, including USPI labeling.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with procedures and timelines.
