Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for PV technology consulting, system implementations, and managed services projects. You will coordinate project setup, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure adherence to governance and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in project coordination; PMO experience advantageous.
• Experience with Harvest, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; client-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support contract authoring and project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate project setup, including system entries in Harvest or similar tools.
• Onboard clients at project initiation and offboard at completion.
• Track work orders, end dates, renewals, and change orders.
• Monitor weekly timesheets and ensure accurate billable/non-billable entries.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports; assist cross-functional teams.
