Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a valid Pharmacist license are required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance is an advantage.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical principles, industry practices, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical, results-driven, and capable of critical thinking.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conducts inspections of all incoming and outgoing warehouse stocks to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, GDP, client requirements, and established quality standards.
• Oversees all Quality Control activities for stocks stored in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with ISO, GDP, GMP, GCP, and FDA regulations and standards.
• Serves as the Liaison Officer for the application and renewal of licenses, permits, and certifications with the FDA, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ensures full client compliance with FDA requirements governing the handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
