Job summary

Ambica International Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Pharmacist to verify activities during in-house inspection of finished products and ensure FDA and GMP compliance. You will sign Batch Inspection Records, monitor staff adherence to SOPs, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Regulatory departments.

The role requires a licensed pharmacist, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work 100% on-site in Pasay.

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist with active license.
Knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to a long-term career.
Can work under minimal supervision.
Must be amenable to work 100% on-site.

Responsibilities

Verify activities during in-house inspection of finished products and ensure FDA requirements are met.
Monitor staff compliance with GMP requirements.
Ensure products meet specifications per finished product specs or approved artwork.
Sign Batch Inspection Records after activities.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Regulatory Departments on quality issues.
Calibrate measuring devices and maintain calibration master plan.
Prepare and review inspection reports and quality system documentation.
Train QC staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
