Job summary

RBGM Medical Express Sales Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Management team and ensure repackaged medical products meet GMP standards before release.

The role involves inspecting materials, packaging components, and labels, performing in-process and final inspections, and maintaining rigorous quality records to support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related health/science field.
• Licensed professionals are an advantage but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or GMP-regulated environment preferred.
• Fresh graduates with internship or laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of GMP is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and verification of incoming materials, packaging components, and labels.
• Conduct in-process inspections during medical product repackaging.
• Perform final inspection of finished repackaged products to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Verify product identity, batch numbers, expiry dates, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming products and quality issues.
• Support GMP compliance, internal audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with production and other departments to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
