Job summary

AnyMind Group in the Philippines seeks a licensed Pharmacist to manage accreditation documents and ensure FDA compliance for our e-commerce products. You will maintain licenses and coordinate with internal teams to uphold regulatory standards.

The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, digital marketplace environment and contribute to ongoing regulatory improvements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist required in the Philippines.
• At least 1 year of experience in documentation or regulatory work.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accreditation documents for e-commerce fulfillment in compliance with FDA.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and ASC (Ad Standards Council) requirements.
• Maintain and update product certifications and licenses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor regulatory and policy updates.
