Job summary

Geopro Global Solutions Inc in the Philippines seeks a licensed Pharmacist to lead regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical and healthcare operations. You will manage licenses, permits, registrations, and regulatory documents, ensuring adherence to FDA and DOH requirements while coordinating with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid PRC license.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, pharmacy operations, or healthcare compliance is preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA licensing and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Experience processing or renewing pharmacy, FDA, and healthcare-related licenses is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with clinic management systems or software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA, PDEA, DOH and other regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical operations.
• Process, monitor, and maintain licenses, permits, registrations and regulatory documents.
• Prepare and submit applications, renewals, amendments, and other documents for licenses.
• Monitor license expiration dates and ensure timely renewal and compliance.
• Coordinate with government agencies regarding applications, inspections and compliance.
• Provide guidance on handling, storage, documentation, and dispensing of pharmaceutical products when applicable.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Good Pharmacy Practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain regulatory compliance checklists and documentation.
• Provide pharmacy/regulatory expertise in Easethetics Clinic Management System implementation.
• Understand aesthetic clinic workflows and assist clients in configuring Easethetics features related to products, inventory, treatments, patient records and clinic operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and IT/Development teams to address pharmacy-related requirements.
• Conduct product/system demonstrations or training for clients on pharmacy and regulatory-related features.
• Assist in preparing documentation and materials for client onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on FDA regulations, pharmacy regulations, licensing requirements and industry standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
