Xpress Path, Inc.'s Pharmacist supports the safe, accurate, and compliant handling of medicines, health products, and cosmetics for an Ecommerce distributor and enabling company.
The role is responsible for prescription review and dispensing support, product quality checks, inventory monitoring, returns assessment, and proper documentation. The Pharmacist will also help ensure that online orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while complying with FDA, PRC, and internal pharmacy standards.
The position will report directly to the Head of Pharmacy and Regulatory Affairs.
Review prescriptions and online pharmacy orders for completeness, accuracy, dosage, quantity, potential interactions, and proper use.
Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
Support the accurate and timely fulfillment of online, marketplace, and quick-commerce pharmacy orders.
Maintain complete dispensing records, prescription files, and other required pharmacy documentation.
Conduct product-quality checks for medicines, cosmetics, and other regulated health products.
Assess returned, damaged, expired, near-expiry, or potentially compromised products.
Ensure that returned or non-conforming products are properly documented, segregated, quarantined, and endorsed for appropriate disposition.
Assist in documenting incidents, deviations, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
Help maintain compliance with internal quality standards and standard operating procedures.
Monitor medicine and product inventory, including batch numbers, expiry dates, stock movements, and storage conditions.
Support FEFO implementation and the monitoring of near-expiry and slow-moving stocks.
Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Demand Planning regarding stock availability, replenishment, and inventory concerns.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
Ensure that medicines and regulated products are stored and handled according to required temperature, security, and quality conditions.
Support compliance with FDA and other applicable pharmacy regulations.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready records for dispensing, inventory, returns, and product movements.
Assist during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
Coordinate with Customer Service regarding medicine-related questions, prescription concerns, and product inquiries.
Provide clear and professional medication information within the appropriate scope of pharmacy practice.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Must be a Registered Pharmacist with an active PRC license.
Preferably with at least one year of experience in a retail, hospital, community, warehouse, or distribution pharmacy.
Experience in dispensing, prescription review, inventory monitoring, product-quality checks, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
Experience in Ecommerce, Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, online order fulfillment, warehouse pharmacy operations, or digital pharmacy systems is an advantage.
Familiar with proper medicine storage, FEFO, batch and expiry monitoring, and pharmacy documentation.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable coordinating with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Regulatory teams.
Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna on a shifting schedule.
