Job summary

Performance Development Group in the Philippines seeks an Editorial/QC Specialist for project-based work on medical content. You will review content for spelling, grammar, and usability across digital assets, edit storyboards, and perform functional testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will collaborate with Lead ID to maintain consistency, follow client and PDG style guides, and fact-check references, applying APA style and medical-legal guidelines. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience as editor or QC specialist.
• Proven editing experience in pharmaceutical/medical fields.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in a high-volume review.
• Ability to follow APA style and PDG style guides.
• Portfolio of relevant writing or instructional design samples.

Responsibilities

• Review all content types for spelling, grammar, and usability.
• Make minor edits to deliverables including storyboards.
• Functionally test digital assets for quality and usability.
• Ensure consistency across deliverables with Lead ID.
• Adhere to client and PDG style guidelines; fact-check sources.
• Substantively edit to improve language and information flow.
• Assist in linking assets as part of MLR review.
