NEW U THERAPY CENTER & FAMILY SERVICES is seeking a Functional Psychiatry Clinical Liaison to lead enrollment and ongoing patient support for a remote program. The role focuses on coordinating care, guiding patients, and ensuring smooth transitions within the psychiatry membership offering.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with strong organizational and communication skills, able to work independently in a remote PH environment and align with our patient-centered values.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through enrollment and onboarding for the Functional Psychiatry Membership Program.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact and educate patients throughout their journey.
• Monitor engagement and conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Coordinate with providers for seamless care transitions.
• Maintain documentation and track enrollment and participation.
• Address billing or clinical concerns with the appropriate teams.
• Support growth and quality initiatives to enhance patient experience.

New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice with locations in Valencia, Torrance, and Westlake Village. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of mental health services, including psychiatric services, individual and family therapy, and functional psychiatry, allowing us to provide personalized and collaborative care based on each client's unique needs.

As we continue to expand our services and develop new programs, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Functional Psychiatry Clinical Liason to help bring our next phase of growth to life.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and launch of an innovative Functional Psychiatry Program from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in healthcare operations, program development, and cross-functional project leadership who is passionate about improving access to quality mental health care.

What You Will Do:

• Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and transitions into the Functional Psychiatry Membership Program
• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact, providing support and education throughout the patient journey
• Monitor patient engagement and adherence to treatment recommendations, conducting follow-ups as needed
• Coordinate with providers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress, enrollment activities, and program participation
• Address and elevate billing, insurance, or clinical concerns to the appropriate teams
• Support program growth and quality improvement initiatives by identifying barriers and enhancing the patient experience

What You Will Need:

• Active RN license and experience working in a mental health or behavioral healthcare setting
• Strong patient coordination, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients and support them throughout their care journey
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with providers and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer-based systems
• A proactive, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining productivity and accountability

What We Offer:

• Performance based Raise of pay
• Additional $10.00 per month for internet allowance assistance after 90 days
