Rigging Corporation is seeking a reliable Liaison Officer to handle and coordinate company transactions with government agencies. The role focuses on PEZA permits, business and mayor's permits, and vehicle/LTO related dealings to ensure compliance and timely renewals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, relevant agency liaison experience, strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, and must be willing to travel to government offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related course.
• With relevant experience in government permit processing and liaison work.
• PEZA experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in business permits, vehicle permits, and other government requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to government offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process PEZA permits and requirements.
• Process Business Permits, Mayor’s Permits, and Barangay Clearances.
• Handle vehicle permits and LTO transactions.
• Process and monitor other government permits, licenses, and clearances.
• Coordinate and follow up with PEZA, LTO, BIR, LGUs, and other government agencies.
• Maintain and monitor permit records and renewal deadlines.
