You will lead market analysis, revenue management, and programs educating partners, launching products, and optimizing ROI across initiatives, while collaborating with sales and scientific communications teams.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of work experience in a Marketing position.
• Proven track record of launching and building brands, ideally within FMCG, Pharma, or related industries.
• Passionate about cats and dogs.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual strategic marketing plans with market/regional leadership.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Drive Strategic Revenue Management for the channel.
• Create programs educating retail partners and driving portfolio ranges.
• Manage and allocate the overall marketing budget for ROI.
• Lead new product development with robust launch/activation plans.
• Coordinate S&OP+ steps with Sales Ops Manager.
• Monitor ROI and adjust programs based on results.
• Act as Project Lead of the channel's Signature Events.
• Collaborate with Scientific Communications Team & Sales Manager on training.
