Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker to assist in executing sales, products, and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The role aims to foster customer relationships, build loyalty, and help increase sales to individual consumer clients.

You will leverage leads, discuss client needs, promote financial products, and execute integrated sales and service activities while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in banking, retail, or related sales and service.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a sales plan.
• Proficient computer skills with typical office software.
• Registered mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) before engaging in mortgage activities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Citi's customer leads to identify new prospects and cross-sell to current clients.
• Discuss needs and promote financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance and loans.
• Execute sales, relationship and credit strategies and outbound activities or client visits.
• Partner with segments to obtain referrals and provide value-added service to clients.
• On-board clients, resolve service issues, and schedule periodic check-ins.
