• HIRING
• A Personal Assistant to a Lessor (or Landlord) supports the lessor in managing their property or properties, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations of rental activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Schedule and coordinate tenant meetings, viewings, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Monitor property condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Keep records of property inspections, repairs, and improvements.
• Ensure properties meet legal requirements and safety standards.
