• A Sales Assistant in a souvenir shop is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and promoting sales of souvenirs and merchandise. Key duties include:
• Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, answer queries, and provide information about products and the local area.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available souvenirs and their features, including price points and best-sellers.
• Sales and Upselling: Assist customers in selecting items based on their preferences, suggest complementary products, and help increase sales.
• Good with customer service is an edge
• Detail-oriented, and good with customers

• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
• 18 years old and above
• High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
