Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience handling LGU building/electrical/mechanical permit applications in the Philippines.
• Organised record-keeper — able to manage multiple concurrent applications without missing deadlines.
• Valid driver's licence for field travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the 7-stage LGU permit queue for every active Karnot project.
• Co-sign permit application forms as REE or RME.
• Submit, track, and follow up all applications across LGU OBO and BFP offices.
