Job summary

The Joint Use Coordinator/Permits Specialist role is a full-time position located in Pasig City, reporting to the Lead Joint Use Coordinator. You will ensure pole submissions meet utility requirements, coordinate with external vendors, and supervise assigned team members while acting as the primary contact for Field Engineers.

Based in our office in Ortigas Center, Pasig, you will verify documentation, release completed permits to stakeholders, and manage safety, quality, and project status with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred.
• Experience with aerial and underground fiber construction.
• Read and interpret civil engineered prints.
• OSHA 1926 safety standards knowledge.
• Osha 30 Certification required within 30 days.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lead and manage compliance.
• Willing to work office-based IBP Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor permitting progress and vendor documentation.
• Assign daily tasks and track team progress.
• Coordinate with Engineers to ensure clear design execution.
• Ensure adherence to construction maps and specs.
• Enforce safety rules per authorities.
• Review permits and ROW requirements.
• Conduct site inspections of project locations.
• Maintain records and prepare project reports.
• Provide daily updates to Engineering Manager.
• Perform on-site traffic management safety.
• Assist with hiring interviews and staff reviews.
• Lead in driving company vision and growth.
• Document field work accurately.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
