Job summary

GetMyCourse in the Philippines is seeking facilitators/account managers to help students progress in their careers. You will welcome calls, send welcome emails, provide information on preliminary documents, and follow up on payments and certificates.

The role blends sales and collections with KPIs for monthly payments and completions. Candidates with 3–5 years in SALES and COLLECTIONS, strong attention to detail, friendliness, and persistence will thrive.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years mixed experience in SALES and COLLECTIONS.
• Great attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Persistence, patience and perseverance are a must to assist our students.
• High drive in earning not just the base salary but also getting the commissions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team in meeting their KPIs.
• Build and nurture a strong relationship with the team.
• Do welcome calls to students and send welcome emails.
• Provide information to students regarding preliminary documents.
• Follow up students with supplementary documents and payments.
• Do congratulatory calls and provide information regarding the releasing of e-certificates and hard copies of their certificates.
• Receive calls from students regarding inquiries and/or complaints.
• Request for positive reviews and referrals.
