About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the paid media, analytics, and lead-gen infrastructure that turns ad spend into a predictable pipeline of qualified homeowners.This role sits at the intersection of paid media, data, and AI-led execution. It is part media buyer, part analyst, part systems builder.

What You'll do

What You Bring

3-5 years in performance marketing and growth ops, with in-depth hands-on experience with Google Ecosystem (Ads Manager, Search - SEO / AEO incl. GA4-type analytics) and Meta Business Suite & Analytics. Staying up to date on the latest AI developments across
these platforms, including HubSpot CRM integration.

Comfortable owning a business outcome (not just in-process metrics) with a strong bias to execution.

What Success Looks Like:

• Total volume of leads generated, and volume of qualified leads delivered as per aligned growth plan
• Ensure the conversion rates are ahead of benchmarks in each platform
• Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per qualified Lead (CPQL) monitored regularly as we scale
