You will run experiments and leverage AI tools to move faster than a traditional marketing role. In this role you plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok; own SEO/SEM strategy; optimize for GEO and AEO; build AI-powered workflows for content, reporting, and campaigns; and track performance

Job description

We're hiring for a Performance & Growth Marketer to own paid media and search across HMR's channels and drive measurable growth in traffic, leads, and revenue. You'll live in the numbers, run experiments, and use modern AI tools and workflows to move faster than a traditional marketing role.

Key Responsibilties:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Own SEO and SEM strategy to grow both organic and paid search visibility and traffic
• Optimize for AI-driven search — GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) so HMR surfaces in AI-generated answers and answer engines, not just traditional search
• Build and run AI-powered marketing workflows to scale content production, reporting, and campaign operations
• Track, analyze, and report performance against KPIs — ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, CPL, and channel efficiency
• A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to lift conversion
• Manage budgets and continuously improve spend efficiency

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Must have hands-on paid media experience across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Practical Google Ads experience — Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals and best practices
• Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, including performance tracking, budget management, and ROI optimization
• Familiarity with GEO and AEO — understanding how to optimize content for AI-generated answers and generative search engines
• Comfortable using AI tools and workflows for marketing tasks, content optimization, analysis, and automation
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with GA4, dashboards, and performance data to drive marketing decisions
