You’ll own the LinkedIn content strategy, identify compelling ideas, and turn stories into engaging content while maintaining a pulse on platform trends and best practices.

• Ability to turn ideas into engaging content
• Experience developing content strategies, not just briefs

Responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn content strategy for founders, executives, startups, and VCs
• Develop strategies to drive reach, engagement, authority, and demand
• Identify high-potential ideas, stories, hooks, formats, and angles
• Analyze performance and use data to improve strategy
• Audit client accounts to find opportunities and optimize results
• Create research docs and interview questions for compelling stories
• Turn interviews, updates, news, and founder experiences into content
• Create simple graphics using Canva or Figma when needed
• Communicate with clients directly via Slack and stay responsive
• Stay current on LinkedIn trends, formats, and algorithm changes
