Job summary

Thesis is seeking a Performance Creative Project Manager to oversee the operational execution of the department, ensuring projects move from kickoff to launch with efficiency and quality.

You’ll optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and build the structure that lets creative teams perform at their highest level.

This freelance, monthly-retainer role reports to Head of Creative + Brand and collaborates with Strategy, Paid Media, and Product Marketing.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in creative operations, marketing operations, production, or project management.
• 2+ years owning high-volume creative workflows in DTC or performance marketing.
• Proven track record coordinating editors, designers, creators, and contractors.
• Experience building SOPs and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own department capacity planning, project assignment, and resource allocation.
• Schedule production and manage workflows from kickoff to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines with Strategy, Paid Media, and Product Marketing.
• Maintain production equipment inventory and office operations.
• Develop SOPs and document operational standards.
