Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Analytics and Performance Management Officer to regularly update performance dashboards and monitoring files for top management, frontline teams, and support staff.

1–2 years of related professional experience.
Graduate of Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accountancy, Finance or related courses.
Strong background in data and business analysis as well as project management.
Willing to do fieldwork as needed.

Responsibilities

Monitor execution of organization-wide programs, tasks and deliverables within set time frames.
Consult with department heads to discuss performance metrics and strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Organize and provide materials for annual planning sessions at the Nerve Center Group and BOD level.
Assist planning sessions using a prescribed template by organizing regular planning workshops.
Establish and maintain the company’s financial model for monthly projections and annual planning with relevant data.
Consolidate analysis and insights for monthly/quarterly performance review reports.
Maintain records related to performance management aligned with the company’s Performance Management System.
