• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or UGC management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok content trends and performance drivers.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
• Experience reviewing creatives and optimizing hooks/CTAs.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok and UGC affiliates.
• Maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners.
• Provide guidance on content direction, hooks, and CTA strategies.
• Track affiliate performance and ensure consistent output.
• Review daily performance data across affiliate campaigns.
• Identify high-performing hooks, creatives, and CTA strategies.
• Analyze conversion rates, engagement, and traffic sources.
• Recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Work with UGC creators to optimize video performance.
• Support campaign ideation and execution for TikTok ads and organic content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and conversion goals.
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
• Provide daily/weekly summaries of affiliate performance.
• Highlight top-performing creators and campaigns.
• Recommend scaling strategies based on data insights.
