Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. in Makati is seeking a Project Coordinator to support people operations by managing the full staff lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through onboarding, while safeguarding accurate staff records.

The role also focuses on incident tracking, stakeholder communication, and timely reporting to leadership. You will coordinate end-to-end project activity and ensure work remains visible and on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end staff lifecycle
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of incident tracking and reporting processes
• Familiarity with onboarding and recruitment coordination

Responsibilities

• Follow up with recruitment to source and track candidates
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new staff
• Coordinate and manage onsite training requirements
• Maintain accurate staff information records
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and issues
• Administer IMS case process across quality and information security
• Prepare minutes for IMS meetings
• Update staff records and action staff accordingly
• Manage incident reporting processes and documentation
• Prepare status reports from staff input
• Distribute reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Ensure clear communication on staffing and operations
• Track project status, dependencies, milestones, and progress
• Coordinate end-to-end project activities with stakeholders
• Process activities in line with due dates and program controls
• Maintain work order records and project notes
• Support customer and stakeholder coordination and delivery communications
• Identify risks, delays, blockers, and escalate appropriately
• Monitor KPI/SLA and support corrective actions
• Assist in governance and reporting activities
• Identify process improvements or workflow automation opportunities
