Job summary

EatClub is seeking a P&C Coordinator to support recruitment coordination and HRIS across multiple markets. You will schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and help roll out P&C programs globally. You’ll also help keep data accurate and assist with onboarding for new hires in various regions.

The role requires 3+ years in P&C, excellent English, and hands-on HRIS experience, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work across time zones.

A Day-in-a-Life of our P&C Coordinator

This role is the engine room of our global People & Culture function. About 70% of your time will be spent on recruitment coordination, communication, and supporting hiring needs - keeping our hiring pipeline moving smoothly across every market we operate in. The remaining time is spent supporting our HRIS systems and processes, and helping roll out new P&C programs as we launch them.

You’ll be the person candidates and hiring managers can rely on to keep things moving - scheduling interviews across time zones, keeping candidates warm and informed, and making sure our employer brand shows up.

What You'll Own

Recruitment Coordination, Communication & EB (~70%)

• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication across candidates, hiring managers, and panels - across multiple time zones
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end: timely updates, clear communication, and a smooth, professional process from first touch to offer
• Support employer branding initiatives - job ad copy, careers page content, social/LinkedIn presence, and other ways we tell our story to candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and reporting so hiring managers and the global P&C team always know where things stand
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires across markets

HRIS, Systems & Programs (~30%)

• Support the day-to-day administration of our HRIS - data accuracy, employee records, and system updates
• Help document and improve P&C processes as we scale
• Provide coordination and admin support for new P&C programs as they're launched (onboarding, engagement, L&D, comp cycles, etc.)
• Help troubleshoot day-to-day system and process questions from employees and managers

You have….

• 3+ years' experience in a People & Culture, HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment coordination role
• Experience supporting global or multi-country teams - comfortable working across time zones and cultures, not just a single local market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Hands‑on experience with an HRIS or similar HR system (e.g. Employment Hero, Workable, BambooHR, or equivalent)
• Strong organisational skills and real comfort juggling multiple moving parts at once
• A proactive, no-task-too-small mindset - you take pride in the details that make a process feel professional

It would be extra awesome if you also had…

• Experience in a fast-growing tech or startup environment
• Exposure to HR programs beyond recruitment - onboarding, engagement, or L&D
• Experience working with teams in Australia, the UK, or the US
