The People Consultant role provides strategic and tactical support to business leaders, collaborating with People Business Partners and People Centres of Expertise (COEs) to understand the people and business priorities and scope of work or project- based activity for the People Consultants to work on directly with the business.
We see this as a broad generalist role, covering the full spectrum of the generalist portfolio, advising and delivering annual people cyclical activities, responsibility for ER cases, working closely with the Business Partners and COEs to ensure delivery of business and people strategies.
This role will form part of a global team with varied and challenging needs. The role holder will need to be able to work across time zones to prioritize activities and manage workload effectively. No two days are the same in this area, with the role holder needing to bring a flexible, adaptable approach, understanding business need, and driving effective change where required.
