Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking a Therapy Manager to drive vaccine-focused sales in the Philippines, targeting pediatric and hospital accounts. You will plan field activities, communicate clinical data, and develop new business opportunities while meeting coverage and revenue goals.

The role requires 2–7 years in relevant sales, strong product knowledge, and experience in vaccine markets with corporate hospitals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sciences or B Pharm required with relevant vaccines experience.
• 2-7 years in sales, with proven data-driven communication to diverse audiences.
• Experience in vaccines, clinical information, and corporate hospital selling.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic area and disease state context.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product features and scientific information to doctors and respond to queries.
• Apply customer-focused selling techniques to maintain confidence and knowledge.
• Maintain approved protocols and promotional materials for detailing.
• Contact customers regularly and deliver presentations based on needs.
• Develop new business in assigned therapy area.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets via promotions and scientific initiatives.
• Update disease/product knowledge to enable scientific discussions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate product campaigns and CME events as needed.
• Cover nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals per coverage plan.
• Assist in receivables collection per policy.
• Collaborate with team on speakers, displays, and educational programs.
