Job summary

UNDP Philippines seeks a Peacebuilding Project Manager to lead the program in Mindanao and the Bangsamoro region, coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives for peace and development. The role requires experience in project management, budgeting, reporting, and partnerships with government and civil society.

The incumbent will oversee daily project activities, manage risks, and contribute to knowledge sharing while ensuring alignment with 2030 Agenda goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (master’s) or equivalent; or bachelor’s with additional two years of experience.
• Experience in project management and coordination, preferably in peacebuilding.
• Experience with budgets, annual work plans and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day peacebuilding cluster projects.
• Provide financial and administrative support and monitor delivery.
• Lead development of action plans, donor reports, and briefing papers.
• Build partnerships with government, UN, donors, NGOs and civil society.
• Mentor and coach project staff to ensure effective delivery.
