UNDP Philippines seeks a Project Manager to lead the Peacebuilding Cluster in the Bangsamoro region. Based in Cotabato, you will manage day-to-day operations, engage with government, UN agencies, donors and civil society to deliver peacebuilding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of professional work experience in project management and coordination, preferably in peacebuilding and conflict prevention.
• Experience using standard software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Strong budgeting, financial management and annual work plan development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the overall coordination and management of the peacebuilding cluster projects and ensure delivery against planned results.
• Identify project issues, risks and implement appropriate mitigations and recommendations.
• Prepare donor reports, progress and briefing documents, and monitoring & evaluation artifacts as required.
• Organize workshops, needs assessments, planning sessions, and provide technical inputs.
• Coordinate with government, UN and donor partners to ensure effective project delivery.
