Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a driver to efficiently execute pull out and transfer operations, inspect vehicles, and provide driving services for test drives and VIP events. The role requires a High School diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and a valid professional driver license.

Responsibilities include thorough vehicle inspections, documenting PDI findings, and coordinating stencil documentation with Sales Admin.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate as minimum education.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid professional driver license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe pull out and transfer to stockyard, dealership, or plant/manufacturer.
• Thoroughly inspect vehicles based on PDI checklist.
• Stencil car chassis and engine; submit stencil documents to Sales Admin.
• Inspect vehicles in inventory regularly per PDI checklist.
• Provide driving services for test drives, VIP client pickups/drop-offs.
• Report any PDI findings (dents, scratches, missing accessories).

Role Overview

Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of vehicle pull out/ transfer services, vehicle inspection and maintenance and driving services in accordance with prescribed guidelines and standards of vehicle inspection and In compliance with AUTOHUB and company policies and procedures as well as the rules and standards of the Plant / Manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that all vehicle pull out and transfer to and from stockyard, dealership and / or plant / manufacturer were done safely and responsibly
• Thoroughly inspects the vehicle based on PDI checklist
• Stencils car chassis and engine and submits the stencil documents to Sales Admin
• Conducts regular inspection of vehicles in inventory located at the stockyard and / or based on PDI checklist
• Provides driving services for test drives, pick-up and drop-off of VIP clients during marketing events and / or any operations activity
• Reports any findings on PDI (dents, scratch, incomplete accessories and tools, etc.)
