Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a capable Technical Support Specialist in Metro Manila to provide first-level support for Peritoneal Dialysis devices and software via multiple channels. You will diagnose issues, document resolutions, and ensure patient safety and therapy continuity.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in technical support, help desk, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with computer systems, databases, and productivity apps.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for PD devices, accessories, software, and connectivity via phone, email, chat, and case systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve PD therapy device issues, alarms, and data transmission.
• Support patients, caregivers, and professionals to ensure therapy continuity and satisfaction.
• Explain technical concepts with patience and empathy to users with varying knowledge levels.
• Document contacts, troubleshooting steps, device info, and resolutions per policy and quality standards.
• Escalate advanced issues to Clinical, Engineering, QA, Product Support, or Field Service per protocols.
