This administrative role supports the team by maintaining records, tracking communications, and preparing documentation related to Product Change Notifications (PCNs). You will archive communications, analyze backlog inventory, track approvals, monitor PCN issuance, and update customer profiles to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation management.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Graduate of any Technical course.

Responsibilities

• Archive communications and maintain records in databases.
• Conduct backlog inventory analysis for PCN preparation.
• Track approvals and monitor PCN issuance.
• Prepare and issue PCNs including datasheets and errata.
• Update customer profiles to ensure accuracy.
