Qualifications

• 4–6 years of PCI Compliance and IT Risk Management experience with a background in information security, risk assessment, and governance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation and collaboration abilities.
• 2 years of managing and developing resources and teams.
• Ability to follow established processes and execute in controlled environments.
• Protects sensitive payment data and aligns with compliance and business goals.
• Collaborates with cross-functional and global teams to achieve objectives.
• Takes ownership, shows good judgment, and follows policies.
• Leads and mentors team, prioritizes tasks, and supports employee development.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees PCI Compliance and IT Risk management team daily activities and performance.
• Monitors regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging threats; assesses risks; escalates issues.
• Supports technology and cybersecurity risk assessments, including control reviews, risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with payment network and regulatory requirements (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) and advises on compliant solutions.
• Partners with technical and business stakeholders to manage compliance initiatives and align technical solutions with objectives.
