Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll (salaries, deductions, benefits, statutory contributions) accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Prepare payroll reports and BIR Form 2316
• Handle employee payroll-related inquiries
• Maintain payroll records and support HRIS updates
• Perform other related duties as assigned
