Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and timekeeping.
• Proficient in payroll systems such as eTime, Workforce, and SAP (a plus).

• Experienced in handling high-volume transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for Dexcom employees in the Philippines.
• Maintain payroll records, tax filings, and deductions documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Administer payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Train new employees and managers on payroll policies and timekeeping systems.
• Assist audits and respond to payroll inquiries with a service mindset.
• Manage eTime data and interface from Workday, assign correct shift patterns.
• Take on other duties to support the team’s success.
