Job summary

Celestial Security & Surveillance is seeking a Payroll Associate to support payroll processing for the Quezon City project site. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply and no mandatory experience.

You will handle statutory contributions and reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF/Pag-IBIG) and ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payroll remittances, using MS Excel as a key tool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• With or without experience.
• Willing to learn about Philippine statutory contributions and reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF/Pag-IBIG) and related employer portals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization when handling sensitive pay and personnel data.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to meet fixed, recurring payroll and remittance deadlines.
