Job summary

ContactPoint360 in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Canadian-inspired team. You''ll handle timely payroll processing and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will investigate discrepancies, work with the Payroll Services Team, and help optimize payroll systems, with priority given to applicants familiar with Deltek/ComputerEase. We offer a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management or related field.
• 1-2 years industry experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Candidates with payroll industry and/or Deltek+ComputerEase experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transaction files, including tax, employee net pay, wage garnishments, and payroll accounting records
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of all payroll procedures and tasks
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Works with the broader Payroll Services Team to ensure payroll transactions are properly logged inapplicable systems
• Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
