Payroll Professional (HR / Finance / Accounting)

Prolific is a platform building a large pool of quality human data. We are seeking a Payroll Professional to join a partnership initiative evaluating how research models navigate complex payroll tasks across HR, Finance, and Accounting.

What You'll Bring

• Current involvement in payroll activities as part of your job function in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting
• Job title does not matter, provided payroll is part of your role
• Familiarity with payroll processes (calculations, compliance, benefits, tax withholding, reporting)
• Bonus: experience with payroll software, HRIS systems, or automated payroll workflows

What You'll Be Doing

• Complete a series of tasks related to payroll processes and scenarios.
• Draw on your professional experience to answer questions on payroll calculations, compliance, benefits, and tax withholding.
• Provide feedback on the clarity and relevance of task questions.
• Share your professional judgment on realistic payroll scenarios presented in the task.

To participate, you will first complete a screener to ascertain eligibility, after which you will be invited to the platform. Participants can start after the assessment.
