Strada in the Philippines is seeking an Associate, Payroll Delivery to process Canada/US payroll and HRIS tasks with accuracy and timely delivery. You will respond to requests from customers to ensure smooth payroll operations while maintaining service quality.

We offer a hybrid work arrangement (once a month) with a graveyard shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM and opportunities for learning and growth within a growing global workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience with Canada or US payroll processing.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work graveyard shift in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls and HR tasks for Canada/US clients.
• Perform first level data verification.
• Escalate production issues promptly.
• Update related reports and documents accurately.
• Adhere to ISMS compliance and company policies.
• Follow quality processes and work timings.
