Job summary

Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. The Associate, Payroll Delivery role processes payroll and HRIS tasks to ensure accurate and timely payment for employees across Canada and the US.

This is a hybrid role with monthly on-site presence. We seek graduates with 6 months to 2 years of payroll experience, solid Word/Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset for ongoing development within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from any stream / Diploma holder.
• 6 months to 2 years’ work experience with Canada or US Payroll processing.
• PC literacy: Word and Excel (Basic Level).
• Commerce background.
• Face-to-face, telephone and written contact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls and HR tasks and meet targets.
• Perform first level data verification.
• Escalate production-related issues timely.
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance.
• Follow ISMS and company policies; ensure quality processes.
