Responsibilities

• Process payroll for Dexcom Philippines employees and maintain records.
• Ensure accuracy of taxes, deductions, and benefit codes across systems.
• Administer payroll policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Research and resolve payroll and timekeeping issues with a customer-focused mindset.
• Interface eTime data with Workday and validate shift patterns.
