Job summary

RS2, a leading payments software provider, is seeking a Software Solutions Engineer in the Philippines to join the Innovation team. You will help design and build PoCs and MVPs for the BankWorks platform, under guidance from senior engineers, using rapid prototyping and design thinking.

Collaborate across technical, product and operations teams to validate ideas, document designs, and hand over to product groups for full development.

Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC and agile/lean methodologies.
• Ability to design, code, document, test and support software in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse technology trends in payments and fintech sectors.
• Develop PoC/MVP implementations meeting deadlines.
• Improve software life cycle processes and documentation.
• Create design notes, demo scripts, and handover docs.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and high-quality deliverables.
• May be required to work extended hours or on-call.
