Job summary

Pine Labs in the Philippines is seeking an Integration Engineer to own merchant integrations—Wired ECR, Cloud-Based Integration, and QR flows. You will guide onboarding through Go-Live, manage BAU operations, and work closely with the India team and Tech to optimize payment solutions.

Responsibilities include API walkthroughs, UAT, Go-Live readiness, and coordination with banks and partners. You will document SOPs, drive improvements, and support cross-functional initiatives across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• Experience with REST APIs, MQTT, and cloud integrations.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/C# and SQL fundamentals.
• Strong communication in English; Filipino handy for local teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant integrations (Wired ECR, Cloud, QR) and guide from onboarding to Go-Live.
• Perform API walkthroughs, UAT, audits, and go-live readiness.
• Own BAU operations and issue resolution for Philippines merchant integrations.
• Coordinate with India team and Tech for product optimizations and roadmaps.
• Document integration processes and runbooks; track progress in Jira/Confluence.
• Travel within the Philippines for market visits and on-site support as needed.
