Nestlã© Business Solutions Manila is seeking a Payments Analyst to join the finance operations team in Meycauyan, Bulacan. You will handle invoice and payment queries, support governance, and help ensure accuracy in the payment cycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of experience in payment processes, and strong SAP proficiency, with excellent English communication and analytical skills to deliver reliable financial support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or business-related field course is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in payment process.
• Proficient in SAP and able to communicate in English.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Resolve internal and external invoice and payment queries in line with market SLAs.
• Participates in VLI governance.
• Ensure all audit check points are completed prior to submission of payment proposals.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects.
