Job summary

Nestlé Business Services in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst (Morning Shift) with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and at least 2 years of basic accounting experience. The analyst will handle GL recon, bank recon, intra-group and fixed assets tasks and support the period-end close process.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, KPI monitoring, issue resolution across markets, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Basic Accounting.
• Amenable to any shift and able to work mornings.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting.
• Conduct Accounts Reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting during Period-End Close.
• Meet and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Investigate and resolve issues according to markets’ requirements.
• Collaborate with Market/Other Streams to resolve issues.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects.

A day in the life of...

• Perform tasks applicable to specific processes (GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting)
